About

The Battlegreen Run Foundation is an official 501(c)3 charity that organizes an annual road race held in Lexington, MA each fall to fund a number of worthy local charities. Proceeds from the race and related fundraising events are donated to organizations that benefit Lexington and its surrounding communities.

Our History

The very first GenesisHR Battlegreen 10k Run took place in 1996. Since then, the event has grown to include runners from all over the country participating in four different races.

Our Impact

In 2023, participants from 14 different states supported our cause. We were also fortunate to have 75 amazing sponsors who generously invested in our community. Thanks to their help, we raised over $100,000 for nonprofits. We’re so grateful for the support we receive from all of our runners and sponsors!
