Presenting the 2025 GenesisHR Battlegreen Run
REGISTRATION IS OPEN!
This annual tradition is celebrated by the local community for both the spirit of the event and the incredible fundraising achieved by participants for local nonprofits.
We will run as a community on Sunday, November 2nd @ 12:15 PM to raise money for a number of deserving nonprofits. Choose from a 5K walk, 2k walk, 5K run or (almost)10K run….OK it’s only 9.857k…we just want to start and end in the same place. If you prefer to maintain social distancing or just can’t make it to Lexington on race day you can participate virtually.

WE ALWAYS NEED VOLUNTEERS!
We need volunteers to guide runners through their route, work at water stations and serve food to participants. Volunteering qualifies for school volunteer service credit (4 hours) and you will receive a free race volunteer t-shirt!

2025 Awards –
5k Age Groupings : 12 & under, 13 – 19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
(almost) 10k Age Groupings: 19 & under, 20-29,30-39,40-49,50-59, 60-69,70+
5k & 10k : TEAM 1st, 2nd , 3rd – Teams must have at least 3 members with top three scoring for each team.

Race Day Bib Pickup & Registration:
- Bib Pickup: 9:15 AM at the Lexington High School Field House
- Race Day Registration: 9:15 AM at the Field House
- Payment Methods: Credit card, cash, or check payable to the Battlegreen Run Foundation.
- Registration by Athlete: Complete registration at designated kiosks.
Commemorative Medal:
- All in-person participants will receive a 30th Anniversary Commemorative Medal.

Parking & Shuttle Service:
Parking available at Minuteman High School with free shuttle service to the event.
Offsite Parking Information: Highly Recommended

FREE Shuttle Service:
- A free shuttle service will be available to and from Minuteman High School and Lexington High School.
- Bag drop will be at Lexington High School Field House.
Important Notes:
- Please take advantage of the shuttle service.
- The last bus will leave the race venue at 2:30 PM.
- Minuteman High School parking lot must be vacated by 3:00 PM.
Virtual Experience
You may register for the in-person race or virtual experience.
Those participating in the virtual experience may run or walk any 5K or 10K course in their community. To map out a course near you, visit www.plotaroute.com.
